City Manager
Overview of Services
The City of Winooski has a Council-Manager form of government. As such, the City Council, chaired by the Mayor, hires a City Manager to be the Chief Administrative Officer of the City. The City Manager is responsible for the hiring and management of staff, ensuring that the laws of the City are enforced, provide for excellent city services to the residents, businesses, and visitors to Winooski, prepares and manages the City budget and Capital Plan, and provides progress reports and policy guidance to the City Council.
It is my honor to ensure that the City’s Strategic Vision, as set by the City Council, is implemented. If you have any questions, concerns, or ideas about City government or operations, please feel free to contact me!
