[ARCHIVED] Get a Free Rapid COVID-19 Test Kit in Winooski

On/Go COVID-19 Test

The City of Winooski has partnered with the Vermont Department of Health to offer free take-home rapid COVID-19 test kits! Get your free test kit (one per person, while supplies last) at the following locations:

  • Winooski City Hall (27 W Allen St) / City Clerk’s Office: M – F, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM / Winooski Police Department: 24/7
  • Winooski Memorial Library (32 Malletts Bay Ave) / Tue - Fri: 10 AM - 6 PM, Sat: 10 AM - 2 PM
  • Winooski Senior Center (123 Barlow St) / Tue - Thu, 9 AM - 12 PM

Please note: 

Individuals aged 14 or older can perform the test directly. Adults can help perform the test for children aged 2 or older. Do not use for children younger than 2. The test can be used for individuals with or without symptoms, as often as you’d like. 

You may see that your test is labeled as expired. On May 12, 2022, the FDA granted a twelve-month shelf-life extension for On/Go COVID-19 Antigen Self-Tests. If the expiration date printed on your box states April 2022, the expiration date for the test is now October 31, 2022.
