The statewide, general election is on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Cast your votes from 7 AM – 7 PM @ the Winooski Senior Center (123 Barlow St.)
By now, you should have received your ballot in the mail sent by the Vermont Secretary of State’s Office. Once you receive your ballot, voting is as easy as “Sign, Seal & Send”:
- Sign: Place your voted ballot in the ballot envelope and sign the certificate on the outside of the envelope, following all instructions included with your ballot
- Seal: Seal your signed ballot envelope, with your voted ballot inside. Place and seal your ballot envelope inside the mailing envelope. Return postage is included
- Send: Return your ballot to the City Clerk (Winooski City Hall – 27 West Allen St.)
You can deliver your completed ballots to City Hall by 4:30 PM on Monday, November 7. If you have a ballot to submit on election day, please bring it to the Winooski Senior Center between 7 AM and 7 PM.

- in-person: please visit the City Clerk’s Office (27 W. Allen Street) Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- online: legal citizens may register online at https://olvr.vermont.gov/
- by mail: download and complete the Vermont Voter Registration Form
- change of Vermont city or town: https://olvr.vermont.gov/
- if this is your first time registering, a copy of the following documents will be required:
- Vermont Driver's License or
- Non-Driver Identification Card or
- Permanent Resident Card (or proof of residency) or
- Vermont State or Local Government ID or paperwork or
- School ID or
- Utility Bill (If utility is in voter’s Name) or
- last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
- There is no deadline to register, you may register to vote up to and including the day of the election.
