The Department of Public Works (DPW) will begin city-wide street sweeping that will take place every Tuesday – Friday for the next 30-45 days, starting on Tuesday, August 22, 2023.
Please note:
- 'No Parking’ signs and traffic cones will be deployed along curb-line greenbelts and sidewalks on the day before DPW intends to perform the street sweeping work. Once in place, street parking is prohibited from 6 AM – 2 PM. Residents and visitors are asked to keep an eye out for these signs when parking on the street.
- Streets with parking on both sides will only be coned off, one side at a time per day – these streets will take longer to complete.
- Vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
- Due to potential weather, equipment, and staffing changes, DPW cannot guarantee project specifics such as timing, schedules, and streets.
Thank you for your patience as we work to maintain your municipal infrastructure.
