[ARCHIVED] City of Winooski Launches CivicRec Program Registration Platform

CivicRec Logo

The City of Winooski Community Services Department is excited to announce that we have officially switched to a new online registration software (CivicRec) to better serve you. As of today, we will no longer be using the MyRec (www.winooskirec.com) platform. Community members can use this new software to register for any Community Services program or event (Recreation and Parks, Thrive After School, Winooski Memorial Library, Community Gardens, and the Winooski Senior Center). In addition, you can also use this software to rent a public park or facility space!

In some cases, we have migrated existing users of our previous platform (MyRec - winooskirec.com) to the new CivicRec platform, and if this is the case you will receive an email with login information for your new account. We are working to migrate existing registrations and balances into the new platform, and appreciate your patience in the process. If you have not yet received an email, simply visit https://www.winooskivt.gov/rec and click on "Log In / Create Account" to set up your new account.

Questions about this transition or setting up your new account? Please contact Olivia Miller at omiller@winooskivt.gov or call 802 655 6410.
