A public hearing will be held at Winooski City Hall; 27 West Allen Street; Winooski, Vermont 05404 on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, beginning at 6:30 PM to consider the following:
Appeal of Zoning Administrator Decision - Zoning Approval (ZON20-006) – Area Known as 18 Mansion Street
Mr. Joseph Gamache and Mr. David Carter have filed a notice of appeal to a decision of the Zoning Administrator related to a zoning approval. This decision relates to an area of Residential C (R-C) Zoning that has been addressed as 18 Mansion Street. This appeal is being filed under Section 6.9 A. of the City’s Unified Land Use and Development Regulations. The Development Review Board will hold a public hearing on this appeal. Decisions of the Development Review Board can be appealed by “interested persons” (as defined by 24 V.S.A. §4465) to the Environmental Division of the Vermont Superior Court.
