The City of Winooski is proud to celebrate 49 years of Green Up Day!
- Saturday, May 4th, 2019
- 9 AM - 12 PM @ The O'Brien Community Center (32 Malletts Bay Ave.)
Drop by the O'Brien Community Center from 9 AM to 12 PM to pick up your bags, gloves, and safety information. City staff will help you find an area of need if you don't already have one picked out. There will also be a shredder, an e-waste drop off, and a plastic bag drop off.
NOTE: Please do not dispose of unwanted furniture or household items on Green Up Day. Please donate these items to a local thrift store or dispose of properly at your local trash disposal facility. Visit https://cswd.net/a-z/ to view CSWD's disposal guide.
Participants may also join the Winooski Tree Advisory Committee for a special tree planting at 1 PM! The Committee will be planting a tree in recognition of Arbor Day. All are welcome.
