Please note item VIII B: "Approval - Charter Change Recommendations, All-Resident Voting, Administrative Changes, and Self-Governance Rights". Winooski City Council will be reviewing this item and may vote during the meeting to put All-Resident Voting on the 2020 November Election ballot for current Winooski voters to vote on.
