A public hearing will be held by the Winooski Development Review Board on Thursday, September 17, 2020 beginning at 6:30 PM to consider the following:
Appeal of Zoning Administrator Decision: 133 Elm Street – Notice of Violation
On or about August 10, 2020 the Zoning Administrator issued a Notice of Violation to the tenant and owner of property located at 133 Elm Street. This notice indicated that the use was in violation of Section 4.13 A. 5. of the City’s Unified Land Use and Development Regulations (ULUDR) related to offensive odors associated with the use being reported throughout the City. The tenant of 133 Elm Street is appealing this decision under Section 6.9. A of the ULUDR.

Members of the public interested in participating are requested, but not required to make their intentions known by completing the public comment request form located here at least 24 hours in advance to ensure this information is included in the record of the hearing. This will also allow the chair to recognize participants to provide testimony at the appropriate time during the hearing.
The Development Review Board will hold a public hearing on this appeal before rendering a decision. Decisions of the Development Review Board can be appealed by “interested persons” (as defined by 24 V.S.A. §4465) to the Environmental Division of the Vermont Superior Court.
