American Red Cross Blood Drive on 1.7.21

Start the new year right by donating blood with the American Red Cross of Vermont! The Red Cross is in critical need of blood - donating makes a big difference in the lives of others.

  • Thursday, January 7, 2021 / 1 - 6 PM @ the Winooski Senior Center (123 Barlow Street)
  • To schedule your appointment, click here or call 1 800 RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767).

This blood drive is proudly sponsored by the Winooski Fire Department. View the American Red Cross eligibility requirements to donate blood. Red Cross blood drives follow the highest standards of safety and infection control. To ensure the health of donors and staff the Red Cross has implemented new safety protocols, following CDC recommendations: 

  • Temperatures, for both Red Cross staff and donors, will be taken before entering this blood drive
  • Face masks are required for everyone; if you do NOT have a face mask one will be provided
  • Hand sanitizer is made available throughout the donation process
  • Appointments are encouraged to better observe social distancing wherever possible.
