In each meeting, Winooski City Council will enter into an executive session (pursuant to 1 V.S.A. § 313 (3) the appointment or employment or evaluation of a public officer or employee) where the executive session is the only agenda item. No regular business or testimony will be had during these meetings. This notice meets the requirement as outlined by Vermont Open Meeting Law.
