Please note the following guidelines if you plan to provide public comment via Zoom for item VIII.A - Discussion: Vermont Air National Guard Wing Commander

• Take a moment to read our Remote Meeting Procedures, then fill out our Public Comment Request Form 
• Remember to use your first and last name when signing into the Zoom meeting (instead of a username or nickname) - this helps us correctly identify you during your turn to speak
• Please also identify yourself and where you live before your public comment - this helps the City Clerk keep track of the minutes
• Public comments on this item will be received in the following order:
  1. In-person attendees at City Hall (masks and 6' distancing required)
  2. Those who have filled out the Public Comment Request Form (highly recommended) 
  3. Attendees who have not filled out the form - use the 'raise hand' function (*9 on your telephone)
• Please keep your comments to 2 minutes each. To ensure everyone has a chance to speak, comments will be limited to one per attendee. 
• A representative from the Vermont Air National Guard will be in attendance during this item.
